Mutual aid line crews and tree crews are en route to New Bern from the City of Statesville and the City of High Point to assist us with restoring power outages after the storm.

Staff continue to prepare for Isaias and residents should too. Top off fuel in your vehicle, gather storm survival supplies & food and charge up electrical devices. Also, take time now to secure loose items around your home that could become projectiles during a storm. If you lose power during the storm, report it through our power outage portal here, or by calling 252-636-4070. You can call the same number to report water/sewer emergencies and debris issues. Stay tuned to City 3 TV for updates on Isaias as well as our social media platforms. Follow us on Twitter @CityofNewBern. Find us on Facebook at City of New Bern, NC Government.
